Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.


All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and / / Exhibit Link will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Refusal of Transaction

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Stipulate a delivery address that is on your credit/debit card.
  • Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

Design Variations

We reserve the right to amend any design if we feel that it is an improvement. We may scale or alter design layout  to suit the product to which it being applied to e.g. a small child's garment may require a design alteration to fit,. Music bags may have an alternative layout supplied that may convert a 'vertical portrait layout' design (that if scaled to fit would result in a very small unattractive design being applied) into a horizontal landscape design that better suits the layout for a bag. We reserve the right to use our discretion to amend font styles & layout used for personalisation of products if we feel that it enhances the final product.

Personalised & Custom Products Returns / Contract Cancellation

Should the product arrive damaged or the delivery is of an incorrect type/ quantity you must inform us in writing within 3 days of receipt to instigate a replacement being sent once the original item has been returned to us in an unused condition. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and email address and the reason for return plus details of the exchange product you require.

Damaged Goods - Although we take every measure to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition, there may be instances beyond our control where goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt. If this is the case we may ask you to return them using the Royal Mail / International Recorded Delivery Service at any post office Worldwide. We will aim to replace your goods within 7 days of receipt. If this is not possible a full refund will be offered.

Non Faulty & Non Damaged Goods - If you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged then you should do so within 7 days of purchase. The goods must be unopened and undamaged in which case a refund less the cost of postage will be made.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • All Products that have designs applied are custom made specifically for you. If you have ordered products that are personalised or have been custom made for you under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we are under no obligation to agree to such items being returned or refunds made.
  • If you have ordered the wrong size, we are under no obligation to exchange or replace any item – but may do so at our discretion. Please consult our size charts. We may ask for some monetary contribution towards the remake and replacement postage costs. Please remember, that all products are made to order and we do not carry any items in stock. Therefore the chance of someone requesting your error size and colour and garment may be very slim, for us to use again especially if it has been personalised for you.

Non Personalised or Custom Products Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right by, advising us in writing, no longer than seven working days from order. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please see Ordering Information. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns.


 These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK Law.
