| Bit Unsure About Using Websites? |
| Don't worry we're great believers in doing things the traditional way and sorting things out with a chat, either by e mail or telephone. |
| But to help this it would be useful for you to write down what your after. Here are some guidelines of the things we need to know.... |
| What We Need To Know |
| Firstly have a wander around the website using the menu along the top of these pages. Simply find the general area of interest and a drop down menu of different instruments / subjects will open showing you a list of designs available for that instrument. Clicking on them will open a more detailed page. Clicking the type of product you like will reveal size charts, colours, personalisation options etc. |

| 1 - The Design Required |
| When you have an idea of the design you like make a note of the design you like. |
| 2 - The Type Of Product Required |
| Clicking on the design will reveal the Detail Page. Simply click on the type of product you might want it applied to Music Bag. T Shirts, Lady fit, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Polo’s etc. A list of sizes to choose from will appear. Clicking on a size will reveal the size chart and colours that garment is available in |
| 3 - The Size Of Garment |
|
Follow the measuring instructions and look at the correct size chart that matches your preferred item / garment style. We then need you to tell us the size you would like made. |

Please do not simply Guess! |
|
We strongly advise that you measure an existing garment of a similar type that you are purchasing that you know fits well |
|
Please remember that there is no standard S,M,L,XL etc all garments vary by brand, style, shop & country. (UK small is NOT the same as USA small) - so please measure carefully! |
| If you select the wrong size, we are under no obligation to refund exchange or replace the item as all our products are custom made – especially for you. |
| 4 - What Colour Garment |
| A number of colour swatch images of garments will appear when the size is selected - you may choose any of the colours showing - make a note of this colour name |
| 5 - Design Layout |
| We offer 3 options of design logo layout for most garments - large front, small front breast or small front and large back. |
| NB for Polo Shirts and Zipped Garments we do NOT offer a large front design as it can't be applied in a sensible location |
| 5 - Design Accent Colour |
|
Most designs are a combination of white with an accent colour of your choice - Metallic Gold is our most popular option as it works well with all garment colours and is popular with all age groups. We can supply in only white but it tends to be somewhat lacking in effect. | 6 - FREE Left Sleeve Symbol Option |

This is optional. We have over 30 pre set symbols that have proved to be the most popular including Treble, Tenor/Alto, Bass Clefs & Stylised Treble & Bass Clef, Natural, Sharp, Crotchet Rest, Quavers notation symbols etc. |
| These will be applied in a colour to match the main logo design unless they are only shown in white |
| NB Sleeveless Garments can have the symbol applied on the rear along the lower hem line |
| If your not sure what is the most appropriate symbol we will be happy to advise |
| 7 - FREE Right Sleeve Name Option |
| This is optional. We will create a name, nickname, band name in a colour and style to complement the Main Logo Design |
| 8 - FREE Bag Name / Telephone Number Option |
| This is printed on the inside of the front flap and is optional. We suggest that for children the parents’ telephone numbers are used for security. A good idea for the younger ones who invariably mislay their things at school, rehearsals etc |
